Every Sunlit Keepsakes item is made to order with the options and personalization you choose. Please read this policy before you order so you know exactly what is covered.

Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size, colour or option selection, or a spelling mistake in the personalization. Please double-check your choices before you place the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
This is always covered. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we made a mistake with your order or personalization, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

How to Start a Claim

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel. Once an item has entered production, we may not be able to stop it.

Shipping Costs
Shipping to you is always free anywhere in the USA. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, any return shipping we request is free as well.
